The American Red Cross Child and Adult CPR, First Aid, and AED training is a comprehensive course designed to teach participants how to respond to medical emergencies. It covers essential skills such as performing CPR on adults, children, and infants; using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED); and providing basic first aid for injuries and sudden illnesses. The course combines hands-on practice with expert instruction to prepare individuals to act confidently and effectively in emergencies. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certification valid for two years

De-escalation training equips participants with evidence-based strategies to safely and effectively prevent and manage challenging behaviors. The training emphasizes proactive approaches, clear communication, and recognizing early warning signs to de-escalate potentially dangerous situations. Rooted in behavioral science, it focuses on maintaining the dignity and safety of all individuals involved while minimizing the need for physical intervention. This training is especially valuable for professionals in education, healthcare, and human services settings.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) training provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of DBT principles and techniques used to support individuals struggling with emotional regulation, self-destructive behaviors, and interpersonal difficulties. Rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, DBT combines acceptance and change strategies, emphasizing skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. This training is especially beneficial for mental health professionals working with individuals experiencing borderline personality disorder, trauma, or chronic emotional dysregulation.

DBT Prolonged Exposure

Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. The training provides practical tools for offering initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health problem and helps connect them with appropriate professional care. It covers common conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, and promotes empathy, early intervention, and reduced stigma.
